The ATA Tiger program was developed specifically for younger children ages 3-6. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children’s motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions.
The foundation of the ATA Karate for Kids curriculum is the education and development of life-skills such as positive mental attitude, high goal setting, perseverance, self-control and confidence. The students train with kids their own age and progress at their own pace.
The ATA Martial Arts curriculum program is customized for teens and adults. Unlike a children’s program, this program focuses on high-intensity fitness and real self-defense that applies in today’s world.
